I bought a maxi climber and it about killed me I was ready to be done after 44 seconds and I made it to 3 minutes out of breath and thought I was gonna die I could feel everything pulsating in my body and face so my question is how do I do this I want to get in shape badly I’m 45 years old and I’ve gotten kinda lazy these last couple of years so please a little advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Sandra,

    Start slow and let your body adjust to the exercise. It would also be more effective if coupled with a healthy diet. Increase the intensity gradually. And more importantly, don’t give up.

    Here’s a quick tip so you won’t notice the time: listen to your favorite songs while working out. ? Hope this helps.
